Vice President, Business Analytics

Role: Vice President, U.S. Business Analytics, leading enterprise-wide commercial analytics, forecasting, digital marketing analytics, and AI strategies within Incyte's U.S. Commercial organization. Responsibilities: shape analytics strategy, serve as strategic advisor to Commercial Leadership, oversee a Business Analytics Center of Excellence, drive data-driven decision-making, champion digital transformation, and develop capabilities in data governance, BI, CRM, and technology platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Finance to enhance portfolio performance and support product launches. Lead forecasting, strategic planning, and enterprise data roadmaps while fostering a high-performance analytics leadership team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or Life Sciences; advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred; at least 15 years of progressive senior leadership experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare analytics; extensive experience in forecasting, BI, data strategy, and supporting specialty pharma and launches.
