Role: Vertex Process Development Scientific Associate Co-Op focusing on automating bioreactor media exchange processes within the upstream cell culture team. Responsibilities: develop and test automation scripts for daily bioreactor media exchange, support execution of the CPI process, document methods and results, author SOPs, and communicate project progress. Requirements: currently pursuing a bachelor's in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related; experience with cell culture, aseptic techniques, and programming/automation preferred; effective communication and collaboration skills; legal authorization for US work; availability for full-time work January–June 2027.
