Role Summary
Vertex Spring 2026 Co-op, Digital Communications. The program is a 6-month experiential training opportunity for students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing/Communications, Public Relations, Business, Project Management, or related fields. The co-op provides hands-on experience in Vertexβs digital communications, including content creation, digital strategy, audience targeting, and analytics across social media, the corporate website, and other channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage Vertexβs Corporate social media content calendar and website updates tracker.
- Work with content producers to organize, schedule, and distribute content across digital platforms for target audiences.
- Monitor and respond to comments, mentions, and direct messages on social media in a timely and compliant manner.
- Contribute to campaign reports by tracking and analyzing content performance across social and web.
- Support paid social and SEM campaigns, coordinating between Vertex and paid media agency.
- Review copy and content for accuracy, voice, and channel-appropriate publication.
- Collaborate with the digital team to track digital trends and ensure a unified user experience across platforms.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing/Communications, Public Relations, Business, Project Management, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in digital trends and best practices
- Team-oriented and data-driven
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship for internships in this part of the organization)
- Must be enrolled in an advanced degree program if graduating before June 2026
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week from January β June 2026
