Role: Vendor Support Technician (Facilities Maintenance Management - FMM)

Responsibilities:
- Sponsor and escort vendor technicians into utility spaces, lab areas, and process areas, including gowning into classified and controlled spaces.
- Review work record and vendor documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; provide feedback to Facilities technicians, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues timely.
- Coordinate FMM managed work with Facilities, Manufacturing, and Quality Control (preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration).
- Follow cGMPs and good business practices.
- Investigate and solve issues; recommend remediation, changes, and improvements.
- Support initiation, processing, and closure of Change Controls, workflows, investigations, CAPAs, etc.
- Support inner departmental and cross-functional projects from planning to closeout with clear communication, risk control, and on-time delivery.
- Supervise contractors.

Qualifications:
- AAS degree in an Engineering or Construction Technologies-related discipline (preferred).
- Vendor Support Technician experience:
- II: 2+ years
- III: 4+ years
- IV: 6+ years
- Additional relevant experience may substitute for education.
- Prior experience maintaining/operating large-scale utilities plant preferred.
