Position Summary: Veeva CRM administrator/developer with hands-on technical administration and UIX/development experience in Veeva CRM.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and develop Veeva CRM (Sales/Service Cloud concepts), including configuration/minor customization: security models, profiles, objects, pages, Veeva MyInsights, components, workflows, triggers, flows, permission sets, reports/dashboards, data loader, and OOB integrations.
- Learn new technologies quickly; self-contribute and help lead.
- Build reusable code/libraries for global harmonization and reuse.
- Partner with testing to ensure functionality; fix defects/performance issues.
- Coordinate with IT partners and stakeholders; manage multiple technical tasks.
- Analyze and recommend process improvements for global harmonization.
- Document Knowledge Base, SOPs, solutions, and guidelines; maintain standard documentation (SDD, configuration tracker, deployment checklists, change requests, testing, ITQM, SIS/SIP).
- Use CI/CD with Agile delivery; follow SDLC best practices and configuration management/EA framework principles.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any technology field.
- 3 years IT experience in software development, administration, support.
- 2 years hands-on Veeva/Vault CRM configuration & minor customization (incl. UIX/SSO/permission sets/OOB integrations).
- 2 years Agile/SDLC, testing standards, cloud/native applications.
- 1 year Veeva MyInsights (or equivalent UIX wireframes).
- At least 1 active CRM application certification.
- Strong analytical problem-solving; strong written/communication skills.

Desired:
- Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related.
- Veeva CRM experience with major CRM capabilities (e.g., account/affiliations/metrics/engage/territory/call recording/iRep).
- Life sciences/healthcare experience; AI solution development experience; Veeva/Vault certification/knowledge; Jira/Agile tooling and stakeholder collaboration.

Compensation: Princeton, NJ (US) $65,790–$79,722.
