Role Summary
Value Chain Risk Mgmt Fall Co-Op — Titusville, NJ. The co-op term runs from June 2026 to January 2027, full-time (40 hours per week). Assignment will be Hybrid (3 days on site and 2 days remote). Join Johnson & Johnson’s Supply Chain Value Chain Risk Management team to help protect supply to patients across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Transportation to and from work is the student’s responsibility.
- Availability required during business hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
- Career mentorship is available with networking opportunities within assigned team and beyond.
- Support processes that identify and mitigate supply chain risk across the end-to-end supply chain.
Qualifications
- Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Data Analytics or related fields.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Microsoft software proficient.
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical skills, and business comprehension.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results.
- Must be a self-starter, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Have a passion for healthcare.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred.
- Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired.
- Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; must not require sponsorship of an employment visa at the time of application or in the future.
