Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Regional V&A Strategy Execution: Lead execution of Therapeutic Area (TA) value and access strategies across the region (Immunology and Neurology), aligned with international direction and adapted to country healthcare system needs.
- Shape Access Strategy in Growth Markets: Influence priority markets through cross-functional governance (e.g., Integrated Product Access Teams) to deliver tailored access approaches.
- Lead Launch Readiness (LRR) for V&A: Own TA-specific V&A contributions to Launch Readiness Reviews, ensuring timely delivery, risk identification, and action planning with Medical, Commercial, and Corporate Affairs.
- Drive Access Performance & Execution Excellence: Monitor and optimize access performance using advanced analytics (e.g., dashboards, Access360) to improve payer engagement, coverage, and execution impact.
- Provide Strategic Pricing Leadership: Deliver TA-specific insights for regional pricing strategy (pricing assumptions, gross-to-net optimization) and build pricing business cases with Finance.
- Expand Private Sector & Innovative Funding Models: Develop and scale alternative funding solutions and partnerships.
- Shape External Environment & Policy Influence: Engage external stakeholders to shape policy and payer engagement; address access barriers and lead pre-launch HCS readiness.
- Build Regional V&A Capabilities: Strengthen capabilities (pricing, HEOR, HTA, negotiation, evidence generation) via tools, training, and best practices.
- Enable Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Public Affairs, and country teams.
- Develop Talent and Drive High-Performance Culture: Support capability building, succession planning, and ethical, compliant leadership.

Essential Requirements:
- University degree required (Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Economics, or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing, Health Policy, or related.
- Deep understanding of local healthcare ecosystem.
- Experience working with government, regulators, HTA bodies, payers, policymakers, or political stakeholders.
- Track record in price negotiations, innovative contracting, and shaping payer strategies.
- Experience co-creating healthcare solutions with external stakeholders at system/disease-area level.

Location/Travel:
- East Hanover, NJ site; not available for remote work. Travel as defined by business (domestic and/or international).
