Candidates should have 5+ years (PharmD/PhD) or 7+ years (MBA/MSc) or 8+ years (BA/BSc) relevant experience, possibly in vaccines, hospital therapies, or outcomes research. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
