Requirements: Bachelorโs in health sciences; PharmD, PhD, or equivalent highly preferred. 5+ years clinical or industry experience for PharmD/PhD, 7+ for MBA/MSc, or 8+ for BA/BSc. Demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in vaccines, healthcare outcomes, or epidemiology is advantageous. Preferred: familiarity with healthcare regulations, digital health tools, and EHR platforms.
