Vaccines Customer Team Leader - Arizona/Nevada

Role: Vaccines Customer Team Leader (CTL) responsible for leading and managing a field-based sales team covering the Arizona/Nevada district, including Reno, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Tucson. Objectives: drive customer engagement, identify and address healthcare provider needs, and support vaccine product adoption. Responsibilities: coach and develop customer representatives, oversee training, and facilitate team resource allocation. Skills/Qualifications: BA/BS with 6-8 years sales experience or 10+ years in healthcare, biotech, or related fields; minimum 4 years in pharma/biotech; strong leadership, coaching, and account management skills; experience with key healthcare stakeholders; valid driver's license; ability to travel 50%. Preferred: experience with vaccines, managing relationships with key thought leaders in hospitals or large practices, and prior field sales management. High-Value: focus on vaccines, customer-centric engagement, large healthcare organizations, and field-based leadership. Work setup: remote with 50% travel within the district.
