Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise Area operations: hiring, live/virtual coaching, representative development, performance management, and managing 12โ€“14 representatives; assign key priority accounts.
- Develop and implement Area strategic plans and budgets (District level) aligned to RBD expectations.
- Plan/organize/monitor performance to achieve Area/Region business potential; manage/promote use of promotional materials and evaluate marketing activity execution.
- Conduct proactive data analysis to identify market trends; collaborate to develop key accounts/opportunities impacting regional/national business.
- Build relationships with customers/KOLs and key stakeholders; develop external advocates and support advocacy/community engagement as needed.
- Coach representatives on cross-functional collaboration, digital tool usage, and reactive connection to address customer needs.
- Plan and conduct meetings with Area Management Teams, Channel Partners, and cross-functional partners; collaborate in integrated account teams.
- Maintain product/portfolio/disease-state/market knowledge; leverage analytics (e.g., 360-degree customer insights); use virtual communication skills.
- Ensure self/team actions are compliant; uphold Area Standards; apply situational leadership; build feedback culture and accountability.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- Live within 50 miles of Area boundary.
- 6+ years pharma/biotech/medical marketing/sales; 3โ€“5+ years leadership across peer and customer groups.
- Experience with key thought leaders/high-influence customers preferred.
- Travel as needed.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license; no impaired driving citations in past 7 years.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/graduate degree; 5+ years people management; vaccines experience.
- Digital/virtual coaching excellence; strong analytics/organizational skills; strategic execution; facilitation skills; cross-functional collaboration.
