Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of vaccine contracting strategy across Health Systems and Independent customers with Account Managers and HQ Trade teams
- Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and business priorities to shape localized contracting strategies
- Develop and manage innovative, value-based contract solutions delivering measurable customer outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate contract performance and impact; share actionable insights
- Support new product launch execution and field activation within contracted accounts
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across marketing, field leadership, and trade operations
- Deliver business reviews and performance updates to internal stakeholders and customer accounts
- Provide peer coaching and contribute to capability-building around contract acumen and account strategy
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ yearsโ experience in pharmaceutical sales/marketing/account management
- Experience leading account strategy and executing contracts with health systems/organized customers
- Valid driverโs license; ability to travel 50%+
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years healthcare contract management experience (vaccines/pharmaceuticals preferred)
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare compliance/industry regulations (e.g., PhRMA)
- Analytical ability to translate data into insights and actions
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid; mix of office time and travel to customer sites and regional meetings
