Job summary You will manage vaccine brand activities across an assigned territory, delivering patient-focused engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring timely availability of medically critical products, and supporting access and formulary processes. The role is accountable for territory sales targets and contributes to implementation of commercial strategies through an end-to-end account management approach. Key responsibilities Deliver yearly sales targets and territory KPIs; contribute to country brand and therapy-area objectives. Develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned to commercial strategy; monitor and report product and market performance. Provide tailored, patient-focused scientific detailing and educational engagement with HCPs and key stakeholders. Support marketing activities and operational plan implementation, ensuring required medical and regulatory approvals are obtained. Generate market intelligence and contribute to forecasting in coordination with commercial and trade teams. Coordinate with supply chain and trade channels to support product availability, shelf-life management, and patient solutions tracking. Support tender activities: provide pricing feedback, RFQ follow-up and coordination with sales leadership. Work with market access to implement access plans and facilitate product listing in key accounts. Build and maintain relationships with scientific societies and key external experts to support patient care and advocacy. Prioritise territory efforts using market segmentation and targeting to optimise resource allocation. Manage expenses within budget and ensure effective use of resources. Compliance responsibilities Maintain and apply knowledge of GSK codes, policies and procedures, and relevant legal requirements. Implement governance processes to ensure activity compliance. Build collaborative, transparent relationships with stakeholders and escalate issues to approved decision-makers. Required qualifications Saudi national. Pharmacy degree. Minimum of 2 years’ field experience in a relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare role. Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration/card required. Proven track record in territory management and achievement of field KPIs. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred qualifications Experience with vaccines is preferred. Experience in Diabetes and Cardiovascular therapy areas is advantageous. Experience managing MOH accounts, specialized centres and MOH hospitals, including product listing/enlisting processes. Product launch experience preferred. Ability to manage large geographical territories including remote areas. Understanding of supply-cycle management, distributor relationships and tender processes. Commercial acumen including business analytics and commercial modelling. Valid driver’s license preferred; if not held, candidate must ensure business needs are met through safe, reliable alternatives per GSK requirements.
