Role: Supervisor/Senior Supervisor overseeing facility and utility systems in a regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment, supporting operations and infrastructure. Responsibilities: operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, water, electrical, and process-related equipment; lead and coordinate maintenance activities; support compliance with GMP/GxP, safety, and environmental standards; perform inspections, interpret technical documentation, and mentor junior staff. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; 5+ years relevant experience, with experience in pharma/biotech preferred; Maryland Stationary Engineer license or ability to obtain; strong knowledge of utility systems, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades; ability to read schematics and SOPs; working in a regulated environment, with shift flexibility. High-Value: experience in pharmaceutical/regulated manufacturing, support of HVAC, refrigeration, clean utilities, and critical process systems; familiarity with GMP documentation, BMS/BAS/SCADA systems, and utility monitoring; technical training or associate degree in related fields. WorkSetup: onsite Maryland facility, with shift adaptability and potential for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
