The Position:
- Improve systems & equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support operations for assigned processes across all specialties.
Essential Functions:
- Participate in plant Shutdown planning & execution
- Perform corrective & preventative maintenance on assigned processes in a timely manner
- Manage individual training plan
- Document maintenance activities in SAP and communicate in shift turnover reports
- Operate, monitor & control equipment, systems & processes as assigned
- Partner with process owners to improve performance & reliability of process equipment
- Perform routine cleaning and maintain good housekeeping for assigned areas
- Support development of maintenance procedures, maintenance plans, and spare parts lists
- Learn new systems to support future growth and development
- Work rotating shifts, night shifts, extended shifts, and/or weekends
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements
- Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
- Associateβs degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited university (required)
- Minimum 1 year experience/knowledge in mechanical, electrical and/or control systems (required)
- May consider High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years experience/knowledge in mechanical, electrical and/or control systems (required)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Automated records systems such as SAP/CMMS
- Reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documents
- Computer literacy
- Planning/organizing work; checking results and revising the work plan per daily work plan
- Systematic problem solving/troubleshooting; support event response; document problems and work to solution
- Work with electronic batch records, automated process equipment, and/or BMS and FMS systems
- Utility systems experience (purified water, process air, chemical storage, process waste, chilled water, clean/dirty steam, high pressure air, vacuum, air handling equipment)
Required/Role-Specific Knowledge:
- Knowledgeable of compressed air, plant steam, vacuum, chilled water, and RO/pretreatment water systems
- Electrical: experience with 120vβ480v systems (required); knowledge of VFDs and control systems (preferred)
- HVAC/R: knowledge of air handling equipment, exhaust fans, leak detection/repair, and control wiring (required); EPA 608 (preferred)
