Key Responsibilities:
- Design the end-to-end service experience for an enterprise data context self-service capability.
- Map user journeys across publishers, consumers, administrators, and governance stakeholders.
- Create service blueprints linking front-stage interactions to back-stage processes/systems/support.
- Define workflows for publishing context, discovering context, requesting access, validating context quality, and managing versions/updates.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, governance, and security to ensure the service is usable, scalable, and operationally sound.
- Identify pain points and service gaps to simplify adoption.
- Design experience patterns for both humans and AI-enabled (agentic) workflows relying on structured context.
- Contribute to standards/principles for self-service, discoverability, consistency, and trust.
- Prototype and test flows; define service metrics (task completion, adoption, support load, time-to-onboard).
- Ensure designs are production-feasible and well documented.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in service design/experience design/design strategy.
- Experience designing complex enterprise/digital/self-service platforms.
- Strong journey mapping, service blueprinting, and operational process skills.
- Strong UI mockup skills using Figma or similar tools.
- Comfort working with technical teams (data platforms, APIs, workflows, infrastructure-enabled services).
- Familiarity with data context/metadata/ontology/semantic concepts.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise data/AI/knowledge platforms; governance/regulated environments.
- Familiarity with ontologies and knowledge graph technologies (OWL, RDF, OWL/RDF/graphs, MCP, A2A, etc.).
- Background in design systems/usability research; operational service design and support models.
