US Surgery Demand Planning Co-Op (Raritan, NJ)

Overview
Co-op supports the US Surgery business in the MedTech sector. Work with Planning professionals on data analysis, forecasting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, consolidate, and report planning data accurately and on time.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal partners.
- Develop tools/systems to improve planning efficiency and document processes for training/knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate daily with internal/external teams; support demand planning with Marketing and Finance.
- Analyze forecast errors and recommend corrective actions; research methods to improve statistical forecasting.
- Use SAP to resolve customer order issues; allocate inventory to critical orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Follow policies/procedures and safety guidelines; complete required training; promote a safe and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Engineering (preferable).
- No prior work experience required; demonstrate capability through current education/extracurriculars.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to take direction, prioritize, and achieve results.
- Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills; business maturity with minimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly learn complex applications.
- Math skills (Algebra/statistics preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email) and database tools.
- Valid US work authorization with no future visa sponsorship required; provide own transportation to Raritan, NJ.

Start Date
January 4, 2027.

Compensation
$23.50/hr to $52.50/hr (expected range, based on program year/discipline/degree/experience).
