Patient Solutions Strategy Lead (Specialty Care)

Role Responsibilities
- Own and advance the PSE strategic roadmap; translate vision into phased plans, resource cases, and measurable milestones.
- Partner with PSE LT on team vision, strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Develop multi-year operating model strategy (field force design, territory deployment, NBA integration, digital-physical channel orchestration).
- Lead SC Patient Solutions BAT with PSE Enablement Lead; ensure cross-functional activation.
- Assess external landscape (patient support, access strategy, HCP engagement) and deliver actionable insights on trends, competitive activity, regulatory developments, and payer dynamics (Rare Disease and I&I).
- Partner to develop an AI/digital roadmap aligned to operating model capabilities (e.g., intelligent case management, predictive modeling, FRM decision-support).
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technology platforms; monitor vendors/solutions.
- Own SCPSE performance framework; ensure accountability of leading indicators (e.g., time-to-therapy, paid fulfillment rate, NTB conversion) and lagging outcomes (e.g., persistence).
- Identify KPI evolution aligned to operating model roadmap and brand strategies.
- Partner with brand and Patient Services leaders to advance patient access/reimbursement needs; represent Pfizer externally.
- Help build SCPSE enterprise culture in partnership with PX, marketing, legal/compliance, and commercial colleagues.

Qualifications
- Strong US Patient Solutions knowledge: Access & Reimbursement, Patient Engagement & Advocacy.
- 12+ years pharmaceutical industry experience; BA degree.
- Track record leading transformation in patient support, commercial operations, or market access.
- Working knowledge of AI/digital enablement (NBA tools, CRM, PA workflows); strategic literacy required.
- Experience with outcomes-based performance frameworks.
- Familiarity with hub services landscape and vendor partnership models.
- Record challenging status quo for patients while ensuring compliance.
- Familiarity with strategic/operating planning; strong matrix leadership, cross-functional influence, and executive communication.

Travel: ~20%. Location: NY HQ preferred; flexibility for US sites & remote.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Base salary range: $214,900–$358,100; eligible for Global Performance Plan bonus target 22.5% and long-term incentive. Benefits include 401(k), paid time off, leave, and health coverage.
