Main Responsibilities:
- Support execution of key Respiratory franchise marketing initiatives across HCP and/or consumer channels.
- Manage day-to-day coordination and execution across agency partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Support development and deployment of marketing materials, campaigns, and tactical initiatives.
- Drive execution across digital, media, CRM, personal promotion, and patient engagement activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, and alliance partners to support seamless execution.
- Partner with agencies on creative development, production, reviews, and approvals.
- Support franchise planning activities, meetings, workshops, and internal communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and executional excellence.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and identify continuous improvements in campaign effectiveness and operations.
- Perform OPEX tracking for the franchise.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related experience.
- Experience supporting brand marketing, product management, or commercial initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Specialty Care, Respiratory, Immunology, or Biologics.
- Experience across both HCP and consumer marketing.
- Experience in cross-functional matrix organizations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing.
- Experience working with external agencies and alliance partners.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred; experience supporting launches or high-growth brands preferred.
