Your Role: US Poultry Intestinal Integrity Brand Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for the US Poultry Intestinal Integrity portfolio, including portfolio positioning, pricing, and profitability guidance.
- Guide budget management and forecasting for the portfolio; participate in the S&OP process to ensure supply chain alignment.
- Oversee planning, development, and execution of marketing launch plans for new products; coordinate with cross-functional partners.
- Establish, track, and interpret KPIs and brand health metrics; share learnings and feedback with the business.
- Serve as the central point of contact for the portfolio; collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Global Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.

Qualifications (minimum):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in animal health or agriculture.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and manage complex projects with broad impact; proven ability to influence others and resolve key business problems.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred:
- Deep knowledge of the US poultry industry.
- Proven track record guiding successful/complex product launches.
- MBA or other advanced business degree.
- Strong financial acumen (budget management and forecasting).
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.

- Travel: up to 25%.
