US Pet Health Veterinary Sales Representative

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide a key leadership role for distributor representatives within their assigned geography.
- Responsible for product placement with targeted accounts in assigned geographical areas.
- Execute sales objectives and strategies with corporate hospitals.
- Complete a territory business plan with key essential wins identified; execute the plan as the year progresses.
- Complete all set objectives and achieve sales goals while operating within an assigned expense budget.
- Liaise with local veterinary associations coordinating efforts surrounding the state VMA meetings.
- Spend defined time in the field executing face-to-face meetings with hospital influencers.
- Set up and execute launch meetings in conjunction with veterinary services in support of each product launch.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโ€™s Degree or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent level of experience.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales (or equivalent selling experience in a competitive selling environment) or previous Elanco intern.
- Skills: Team-first approach with a hustle mentality and eagerness to win.
- Must have a valid Driverโ€™s License and acceptable driving record.
- Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States; sponsorship for H-1B or TN status is not anticipated.

- Ability to make decisions in uncertainty/ambiguity.
- Strategic thinking; strong planning and execution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of companion animal veterinary products and the Companion Animal Market.
- Advanced degree in business.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary range: $75,000 to $143,200; eligible for a company bonus and comprehensive benefits program including company-matching 401(k), vacation, medical/dental/vision/prescription drug coverage, flexible benefits, life insurance, time off/leave of absence benefits, and well-being benefits (e.g., EAP, fitness, employee clubs/activities).
