ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead consumer insights development and overall Prevnar consumer strategy; translate patient research into briefs, claims, and creative direction.
- Lead Prevnar branded consumer advertising (brief development, agency direction, claims support, RC navigation) and manage the branded media plan with MROI-based investment re-distribution recommendations.
- Own top of patient funnel for Prevnar Adult; contribute to weekly brand team discussions, brand strategy, and cross-functional decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business objectives and support brand portfolio strategy and a culture of accountability.
- Partner with CMO on unbranded pneumococcal disease education campaigns; align unbranded strategy with business objectives and coordinate pull-through across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Media and CMO on unbranded go-to-market plan (channel prioritization, buy-up/cut-back decisions, MROI-informed investment reallocation).
- Partner with Pfizer BAI to ensure consumer tactics are measurable.
- Manage brand consumer budget and resource allocation across branded and unbranded tactics.
- Lead competitive assessment of the adult pneumococcal consumer landscape (competitor advertising, claims evolution, market dynamics).
- Coordinate with other Vaccines Consumer Marketing leads for cross-portfolio consistency.
- Partner with Retail marketing to ensure in-store materials/patient touchpoints align with campaign strategy.
- Coach/mentor colleagues; model values and maintain clear accountabilities and compliance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s + 8+ yrs, or Master’s + 7+ yrs, or PhD/PharmD + 5+ yrs.
- Consumer marketing strategy across digital/traditional channels; branded advertising development; familiarity with RC/MLR.
- Ability to engage stakeholders to drive behavior change; market development/customer experience/segmentation.
- Business acumen; strong analytical/project management; execute strategy into results; commitment to compliance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced degree; 10+ yrs consumer marketing.
- Prior vaccines experience; retail/pharmacy marketing; matrixed organization experience; innovation; collaboration/team leadership; influence without direct reporting; comfort with ambiguity; agile mindset.
