Role Responsibilities:
- Shape and enhance Pfizerβs US migraine congress strategy, translating strategic objectives into measurable opportunities for impact.
- Lead planning and execution of 20+ annual society meetings to boost brand awareness and engagement; manage booth design, assets, sponsorship tactics, logistics, and medical education initiatives for Specialty and Primary Care audiences.
- Attend select key congresses (AHS, AAN, Pri-Med, AAPA, AANP) to support booth, executive encounters, and other tactical execution.
- Refine society partnership strategy with the marketing team to optimize engagement and value with patient organizations (e.g., Miles for Migraine, CHAMP, AMD).
- Support Growth Gig leading and planning 20+ Miles for Migraine events.
- Lead local exhibit and display tactics and logistics (including Display on Demand).
- Assist the US Marketing Migraine Lead with onsite KOL engagement meeting logistics.
- Collect insights and metrics to evaluate performance and socialize findings with the broader Migraine team.
- Support Field Input Team (FIT) advisory boards to capture and cross-pollinate insights.
- Work across functional teams including Migraine HCP/Consumer/Payer, Global, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and GAV.
- Lead RC reviews for US Migraine congress assets.
- Support 2H 2025 operating and tactical plan development focused on congress strategy and execution.
- Partner with Spiro Congress Program Manager on weekly cross-functional meetings and budget planning.
- Oversee other agency partners handling CFC and congress assets (e.g., Publicis, Area23, Omlie).
Qualifications:
- Required: BS/BA degree; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 6+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotech/device/diagnostic industry, with ability to develop and deliver upon marketing strategies with proven results.
- Demonstrated success executing brand strategy and tactical plans.
- Ability to work effectively with varied internal and external stakeholders to improve business performance.
- Strong analytical skills; detail/action oriented; creative.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; effective one-on-one and group communication.
- Agile and dependable; ability to turn around deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Primary Care and/or Migraine experience.
- Self-starter who can take direction and drive execution.
- Collaborative, cross-functional team experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong project management skills.
Work/Travel:
- Some evening/weekend work around key milestones and/or occasional travel for congress coverage, team meetings, or workshops.
