Role Responsibilities:
- Shape and enhance Pfizerโ€™s US migraine congress strategy; translate objectives into measurable impact.
- Lead planning/execution of 20+ annual society meetings to drive brand awareness/engagement (booth design, assets, sponsorship tactics, logistics, and medical education) across Specialty and Primary Care.
- Attend select key congresses (AHS, AAN, Pri-Med, AAPA, AANP) to support booth and executive encounters.
- Refine society partnership strategy with marketing to engage patient organizations (e.g., Miles for Migraine, CHAMP, AMD).
- Support โ€œGrowth Gigโ€ by planning 20+ Miles for Migraine events.
- Lead local exhibit/display tactics and logistics, including Display on Demand.
- Support onsite KOL engagement meeting logistics.
- Collect and share insights/metrics; support Field Input Team (FIT) advisory boards.
- Collaborate across internal teams (Migraine HCP/Consumer/Payer, Global, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, GAV).
- Lead RC reviews for US Migraine congress assets.
- Support 2H 2025 operating/tactical plan development for congress strategy.
- Partner with Spiro Congress Program Manager (weekly cross-functional meetings, budget planning) and oversee agency partners (Publicis, Area23, Omlie).

Qualifications:
- BS/BA required. Advanced degree preferred; 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/device/diagnostic industry.
- Demonstrated success executing brand strategy and tactical plans.
- Strong stakeholder management; analytical skills; detail/action-oriented and creative.
- Strong written/verbal/interpersonal communication.
- Agile, dependable; ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- 3+ years marketing experience.
- Primary Care and/or Migraine experience.
- Self-starter; collaborative; prioritize multiple projects; strong project management.

Schedule/Travel:
- Some evening/weekend work and occasional travel for congress coverage/meetings.
