Role Summary
US Medical Lead, Gynecologic Oncology – leads Medical Affairs initiatives in Gynecologic Oncology, aligning U.S. and global strategies, and directing the development and execution of integrated medical plans, launch strategies, and budgets while ensuring medical accuracy and compliance across materials.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the Core Medical Team and ensure alignment between U.S. and global Medical Affairs strategies.
- Lead development and execution of integrated medical plans, launch strategies, and budgets.
- Safeguard medical accuracy and compliance across promotional and educational materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external experts, advocacy groups, and professional societies to advance evidence generation, externally sponsored research, and health economics studies.
- Play a pivotal role in advisory boards, speaker training, and supporting key accounts through partnership with Medical Science Liaisons and Clinical Value Teams.
- Shape medically sound brand strategies and drive impactful outcomes for patients.
Qualifications
- Required: Sophisticated Scientific Degree (MBBS, PharmD, PhD, or MD) or international equivalent
- Required: Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience in industry, clinical or research institution, preferably in oncology, rare disease, or related experiences
- Required: 1-3 years in HQ Medical Affairs role
- Required: Experience in supporting brands or disease area levels in country, regional or global organizations is preferred
- Required: Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Required: Strong business acumen, including working knowledge of changing U.S. payer and provider landscape
- Required: Proven ability to interact productively with both commercial and scientific/medical colleagues
- Required: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Skills
- Desirable: Solid understanding of FDA requirements
- Desirable: Experience in a strategy-setting role within Medical Affairs
- Desirable: Experience in navigating sophisticated business challenges
- Desirable: Experience in developing and maintaining a network that includes third-party experts

Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally. Travel will be up to ~30% of time.
