Medical Affairs
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated Pulmonary and Allergy medical plans (MSLs, Medical Education, Medical Communications & Publications, Health Outcomes, Safety, Clinical Research Phase IIIBโ€“IV and ISS, and RWE generation)
- Own the annual medical budget for assigned respiratory assets
- Lead Pulmonary and Allergy strategy to maximize scientific and clinical value across all stages
- Serve as primary medical expert and strategic partner to clinical, commercial, Market Access, and regulatory teams
- Lead medical/scientific advisory board discussions to identify medically focused opportunities and priorities
- Provide disease state and product training to internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain KOL relationships across respiratory and allergy
- Identify and co-create research collaboration opportunities
- Review and approve promotional and medical materials for compliance with standards and applicable regulations
- Support US Phase IIIBโ€“IV study execution and lead RWE plan for LCM disease areas
- Review ISS concepts and protocols per applicable SOPs
- Partner with US Drug Safety on adverse events, post-marketing safety, and safety signal communications

About You:
Education (required): MD, PhD, PharmD, NP/PA
Experience (required): 5+ years pharmaceutical experience in Medical Affairs or R&D
- Demonstrated US Medical Affairs Launch and Life Cycle Management in Respiratory
- Strong track record developing/executing US medical strategies
Preferred:
- Respiratory and Allergy/Immunology experience
- US COPD/obstructive airway disease launch experience (pre-launch, launch execution, post-launch LCM)
- Experience leveraging AI/LLMs in medical strategy and execution
