Medical Affairs
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated Pulmonary and Allergy medical plans (Medical Science Liaisons, Medical Education, Medical Communications & Publications, Health Outcomes, Safety, Clinical Research Phase IIIBโ€“IV and Investigator Sponsored Trials, and RWE generation)
- Own the annual medical budget for assigned respiratory assets
- Lead Pulmonary and Allergy strategy to maximize scientific/clinical value across portfolio stages
- Serve as primary medical expert and strategic partner to clinical, commercial, Market Access, and regulatory teams
- Lead medical/scientific advisory board discussions to identify medically focused opportunities and priorities
- Provide disease state and product training to internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain KOL relationships (healthcare practitioners and researchers) within respiratory and allergy
- Identify and co-create research collaborations to address critical patient care questions
- Review and approve promotional and medical materials to ensure compliance with corporate standards and government/industry regulations
- Support US Phase IIIBโ€“IV clinical study execution; lead RWE plan/execution in LCM disease areas
- Review ISS concepts and protocols per applicable SOPs
- Partner with US Drug Safety on adverse events, post-marketing safety data, and safety signal communications

Education (required):
- MD, PhD, PharmD, NP/PA

Experience (required/preferred):
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical experience in Medical Affairs or R&D
- Demonstrated expertise in US Medical Affairs Launch and Life Cycle Management in Respiratory
- Experience in Respiratory and Allergy/Immunology (strongly preferred)
- US launch experience in COPD/obstructive airway disease including pre-launch, launch execution, and post-launch LCM (preferred)
