Position Summary
The US Medical Director, Health System & Payer Engagement is a strategic Medical Affairs role leading end-to-end scientific resource and engagement enablement across Health System and Payer MOSL teams. Hybrid (regular onsite) in Cambridge, MA or Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead US health system and payer medical engagement strategy across the TTR portfolio (MOSL-focused engagement, field enablement, resource planning).
- Develop, support training, and maintain insight-driven field-facing scientific, outcomes, and educational resources.
- Partner cross-functionally (VESt, SAM, HEOR, Market Access, Scientific Communications, Field Medical, US Medical) to align evidence generation and execution.
- Lead scientific content strategy and field support for advisory boards, expert engagements, and MOSL congress activities.
- Lead MRL review/approval for MOSL field medical resources (accuracy, consistency, relevance, compliance).
- Analyze field insights to identify educational gaps, evidence needs, and improve scalability and operational effectiveness.
- Integrate in-house medical strategy with field execution and access objectives with MOSL leadership, National Accounts, and Market Access.

Qualifications
Required:
- PharmD/PhD/MD/DO/NP/PA.
- 5+ years Medical Affairs experience with field medical & health system engagement.
- Cross-functional leadership in matrix organizations.
- Strong understanding of field medical strategy/operations, MRL review & medical compliance, scientific engagement/evidence communication, health systems and payer dynamics.

Preferred:
- MOSL or health system engagement model experience.
- Integrated delivery networks/COEs.
- Cardiovascular or related specialty experience.
- Launch/growth-stage brand experience.

U.S. Pay Range
- $238,800.00–$323,000.00 (base); eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive.
