- S/4HANA SPOC & Continuous Improvement: Serve as SME for Supply Chain modules (Planning, Procurement, EWM). Identify bottlenecks and diagnose process inefficiencies; implement policies and system enhancements to deliver measurable efficiency gains.
- Assess progress against financial targets and global digital roadmaps to ensure US alignment.
- Internal & External Flow Management: Configure and secure end-to-end flows across internal manufacturing sites and external partners (EBIO, IDT).
- UAT & Deployment Coordination: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new feature rollouts or global upgrades, ensuring US regulatory and operational requirements are met.
- Supply Chain Innovation (RFID): Deploy RFID in the US; support PD&I teams, manage vendor integration, and deploy in external 3PL warehouses.
- Master Data Governance (MDM) & Business Excellence
- Policy Stewardship: Lead US MDM governance; implement/monitor policies to ensure compliance with cGMP and ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
- Material Creation & Parameterization: Create/configure Material Masters, BOMs, and Resources in SAP S/4HANA; optimize parameters (lead times, safety stocks, procurement types).
- Lifecycle Management: Manage product/material lifecycle with PD&I and Quality; ensure R&D to GMP material status transitions are fully compliant.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Raw Materials and Quality Assurance to validate data accuracy against quality specifications and supplier agreements.
- System Optimization: Propose/execute MDM logic changes to accelerate transition from R&D to commercial-ready manufacturing.
- Non-Specific Raw Material Planning (US PD&I): Demand consolidation, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and propose alternatives to prevent supply interruption.
- Business Excellence & Innovation: Build stakeholder relationships; influence cross-functional solutions; harmonize SAP workflows with the global core model; provide hands-on support (procurement orders, GMP receiving, labeling) and train key users.
