Job Summary:
US Marketing Manager (Aesthetic and Reconstruction Business) for MedTech onsite in Irvine, CA.
The Mentor Marketing Manager owns high-impact communication channels (conferences, advocacy partnerships, clinical claim dissemination) and drives marketing initiatives beyond individual Private Practice/Hospital strategies. Leads life-cycle management to ensure effective sales communication and customer continuity.

Responsibilities:
- Lead key communication channels (conferences, advocacy groups, clinical claim dissemination)
- Lead US conference strategy and execution with societies/Professional Affairs and stakeholders
- Lead US portfolio and life-cycle management strategies
- Monitor competitive dynamics and market trends/innovation/competitor activity
- Develop compelling HCP- and patient-facing marketing materials
- Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, R&D, and communications
- Optimize campaigns using market insights, analytics, and emerging technologies
- Manage projects end to end (timelines, stakeholders, performance)
- Support/guide agencies, vendors, and partners; ensure timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with Market Research, Analytics & Sales Ops to define insights/measurement
- Partner with sales for messaging, training, and meeting customer needs

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years relevant marketing experience (surgical medical device marketing preferred)
- 3+ years Product Marketing Manager experience with HCP and consumer experience
- Strong analytical skills; interpret data for decisions
- Leadership skills to influence stakeholders
- 2+ years managing promotional budgets; business analysis skills
- Digital experience (website, social, SEM, SEO) preferred
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Launch experience with new products/indications preferred
- Proven commercial strategy/tactics across traditional and digital channels
- Strong project management; experience managing vendors/partners
- Deep understanding of legal/regulatory environment for medical device promotions
- Excellent communication (listening, presentation, writing/editing)
- Solutions-focused problem-solving
- Domestic travel up to 25%
