US Lifecycle Management Lead

Role: US Lifecycle Management Lead overseeing global product launches and lifecycle events at Biogen, focusing on launch governance, readiness, and execution excellence. Responsibilities: lead early launch activities, ensure supply chain, quality, regulatory, and flow-of-goods strategies support launches; partner with Asset Leaders and senior stakeholders to align commercial, supply, and financial objectives; identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and provide executive insights; develop and refine launch frameworks, stage-gate criteria, and contingency plans; contribute to continuous improvement of launch tools and KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years of pharma/biotech supply chain experience, including global product launch and lifecycle management; deep knowledge of regulated supply chain strategies, manufacturing readiness, and flow-of-goods; financial risk assessment skills; executive communication and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
