Responsibilities:
- Identify, create, and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
- Support inventory alignment between Organon and the US distribution center.
- Assist with ad-hoc issues to distribute products to customers on time and in full.
- Create and improve standard business practices and job aids to support talent development.
- Participate in opportunities for social outreach.

Learning Outcomes:
- Develop hard skills such as Power BI, SAP (Materials Management/Sales & Distribution), and advanced Excel functionality.
- Analyze information and implement practical data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with groups that may have competing interests.
- Gain insights into distribution and logistics operations in a global healthcare organization.
- Build mentorship and soft skills; improve public speaking and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Analytical skills to examine data and draw conclusions.
- Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables, Power BI, or SAP.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications (Education):
- Pursuing a bachelorโ€™s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related business field, OR chemical/mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or related engineering field.

Additional:
- Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days remote and 2 days in office (Wednesday anchor day) at Plymouth Meeting, PA; applicant responsible for transportation as needed.
- Approx. 6-month co-op assignment: Fall 2026 through Spring 2027 (Septโ€“Mar).
- Targeted for Drexel University students (others considered).
