Role Summary

US Distribution and Logistics Operations Co-Op at Organon. Hybrid role with remote and in-office days, primarily supporting US Supply Chain Operations in distribution and logistics processes for a six-month assignment in Spring/Summer 2026. Focus on foreign trade, inbound/outbound distribution, and collaboration with related functions to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, creating, and implementing continuous process improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting inventory alignment between Organon and the US distribution center.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc issues that facilitate distributing products to customers on time and in full.
  • Creating and improving standard business practices and job aids to support talent development.
  • Participating in opportunities for social outreach.

Qualifications

  • Required: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related) or Engineering field with interest/experience in Supply Chain.
  • Preferred: Analytical skills with ability to examine data; experience with Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables, Power BI, or SAP; strong oral and written communication; solid MS Office knowledge.

Education

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related Business Field; or Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field.

Additional Requirements

  • Flexible hybrid work arrangement; anchor day is Wednesday; frequent coordination around Plymouth Meeting, PA location; transportation to/from primary site as needed.
  • Travel: Travel requirements may apply as part of role; ensure ability to satisfy travel and credentialing prerequisites.
