The Position:
- Hybrid role: typically 3 days per week remote with an anchor day of Wednesday in-person at the Organon office in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Transportation to/from the primary site as needed.
- Approximately a 6-month fixed-term assignment in autumn/winter 2027 (September through March).
Responsibilities:
- Support Demand Planning & Fulfillment within US Supply Chain Operations to enable reliable supply of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Products to the US market.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to review demand forecasts, historical sales trends, and demand drivers to deliver a consensus demand.
- Monitor supply plans to exceed customer service levels while maintaining inventory targets and adhering to planning parameters.
- Participate in continuous improvement by identifying and supporting business process improvement initiatives with peers and team leaders.
Travel/Other:
- Must be able to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites.
- Valid driving license.
