US Business Graduate (Multiple Positions)

Role: US Business Graduate Program participant, rotating through commercial functions (Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance, Sales) over two years to develop future commercial leaders. Responsibilities: execute and contribute to cross-functional projects, support program activities, facilitate knowledge sharing, and develop a comprehensive understanding of Novo Nordisk’s commercial ecosystem. Requirements: Master’s Degree, PharmD, or higher in relevant fields; 1-2 years post-graduate work experience; GPA of 3.5+; proficiency in MS Office; strong communication, adaptability, global mindset, and team skills; motivated to learn and grow. HighValue: focus on pharmaceutical commercial functions, international/global rotations, leadership development, cross-functional exposure, and participation in global projects. WorkSetup: rotational program with international assignment, no direct reports, based in the US. Physical/Travel: international assignment (~1/3 of program duration). The program aims to cultivate future senior leaders with a focus on complex problem-solving within the biopharma industry, emphasizing collaboration across diverse commercial teams.
