Patient Advocacy
Role Overview
- Support design and execution of the end-to-end respiratory patient journey across the portfolio.
- Implement patient-centric marketing initiatives, precision engagement tactics, and omnichannel strategies.
- Use data-driven insights, behavioral analysis, and human-centered design to deliver measurable improvements in patient outcomes and experience. Reports to the Head of Respiratory Patient Experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Map journeys; identify unmet needs, pain points, and decision moments.
- Perform root-cause analysis of patient segment challenges to design targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with brand product strategy, R&D, Medical, Market Access, Patient Support Services, and Digital teams to execute unified journey initiatives.
- Monitor patient KPIs; contribute to success measurement frameworks.
- Implement customer experience design best practices; coordinate field immersion/insight programs.
- Support Alliance planning/execution; contribute to patient forum operations; execute patient ambassador program activities.
- Execute test-and-learn experiments; use predictive analytics to optimize engagement.
- Activate personalized content across channels (email, rep-triggered, paid media).
- Design AI-powered, behaviorally informed acquisition/engagement and evidence-based interventions.
- Drive adherence by translating behavioral root-cause findings into structured strategies (with Public Affairs, Patient Advocacy, Patient Support Services).
- Conduct competitive analysis/external trend monitoring.
- Lead human-centered touchpoint enhancements; develop/optimize non-branded value content.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH/PharmD or similar preferred.
- 7+ years in pharma/healthcare with patient experience, marketing, or access experience; respiratory TA experience is an asset.
- Strategic, cross-functional, journey-mapping and behavioral insight capabilities; omnichannel/digital execution; data analytics/performance measurement; human-centered design; strong communication and stakeholder management.
