Position Summary
The Uro Oncology Business Manager drives clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieves performance results within their territory, building treatment adoption across LUGPA clinics, academic institutions, and IDN hospitals treating early-stage bladder cancer.
Essential Functions
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva treatment adoption across all clinics and prescribers with approved indicators.
- Build trusting customer relationships; provide educational information on efficacy and patient identification.
- Maintain disease state knowledge and product expertise to support value proposition.
- Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with ImmunityBio matrix partners on opportunities and/or territory tactics changes.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and treatment expectations for all territory accounts.
- Use approved resources to educate and answer questions on reimbursement and contracting.
- Use approved marketing tools/resources to manage accounts and territory.
- Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for top providers and clinics.
- Represent product professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
- Complete administration, reporting, and training tasks on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelorโs degree; 6+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies (required).
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience (required).
- Start-up biopharma and/or diagnostics experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of the buy-and-build model (preferred).
- Current valid driverโs license (required).
