Position Summary:
Uro Oncology Business Manager to drive clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieve performance results within their territory, focusing on LUGPA clinics, academic institutions, and IDN hospitals treating early-stage bladder cancer.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva adoption across clinics/prescribers for approved indicators.
- Build trusting customer relationships and provide educational information on efficacy and patient identification.
- Maintain disease-state knowledge and product expertise to deliver a value proposition.
- Analyze account performance; identify prescriber adoption barriers and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with matrix partners on opportunities and/or territory tactics.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
- Educate on reimbursement and contracting using approved resources.
- Use approved marketing tools/resources for targeted account and territory management.
- Plan/lead/execute speaker programs for top providers and clinics.
- Represent product professionally, compliantly, and ethically; complete reporting/training on time.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelorโs degree plus 6+ years in healthcare/pharma/biotech/medical device required.
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience required.
- Start-up biopharma/diagnostics success preferred; buy-and-build model comprehension preferred.
- Valid driverโs license required.
Skills/Abilities:
