Position Summary
- Drive clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieve performance results within your territory focused on LUGPA clinics, academic institutions, and IDN hospitals treating early-stage bladder cancer.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva treatment adoption across all clinics and prescribers with approved indicators.
- Build trusting customer relationships; provide clear educational information on efficacy results and appropriate patient identification.
- Maintain disease state knowledge and product expertise to deliver a value proposition.
- Analyze account performance; identify prescriber adoption barriers and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with ImmunityBio matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or change territory tactics.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
- Use approved resources to educate and answer questions on reimbursement and contracting.
- Use approved marketing tools to manage accounts and geographic territory.
- Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for top providers and clinics in the territory.
- Represent product professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
- Complete administration, reporting, and training tasks proficiently and on time.
Education & Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies required.
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience required.
- Proven success/start-up biopharma and/or diagnostics experience preferred.
- Comprehension of the buy and build model preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
