Position Summary
- Drive clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieve performance results within the assigned territory.
- Focus on treatment adoption from LUGPA clinics, academic institutions, and IDN hospitals treating early-stage bladder cancer.

Essential Functions
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva adoption across clinics and prescribers with approved indicators.
- Build trusting customer relationships; provide educational information on efficacy and appropriate patient identification.
- Maintain disease state knowledge and product expertise to deliver a value proposition.
- Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or adjust territory tactics.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
- Use approved resources to educate on reimbursement and contracting information.
- Use approved marketing tools to manage accounts and territory.
- Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for top providers and clinics.
- Represent product professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
- Complete administration, reporting, and training tasks on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Bachelorโ€™s degree with 6+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies (required).
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience (required).
- Proven success in start-up biopharma and/or diagnostics (preferred).
- Understanding of the buy and build model (preferred).
- Valid driverโ€™s license; must maintain it (required).
