Position Summary
- The Uro Oncology Business Manager drives clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieves performance results within their territory by supporting treatment adoption in LUGPA clinics, academic institutions, and IDN hospitals that treat early-stage bladder cancer.

Essential Functions
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva treatment adoption across all relevant clinics and prescribers.
- Build trusting customer relationships and provide educational information on efficacy and appropriate patient identification.
- Maintain disease state knowledge and product expertise to deliver the value proposition.
- Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or adjust territory tactics.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and overall treatment expectations.
- Use approved resources to educate and answer questions on reimbursement and contracting.
- Use company-approved marketing tools/resources to manage accounts and territory.
- Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for top providers/clinics.
- Represent the product professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
- Complete all required administration, reporting, and training tasks on time.

Education & Experience
- Bachelorโ€™s degree with 6+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies (required).
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience (required).
- Start-up biopharma and/or diagnostics experience (preferred).
- Comprehension of the buy-and-build model (preferred).
- Valid driverโ€™s license; must maintain (required).

Working Environment
- Remote; willingness/ability to travel overnight.
- Requires driving a personal vehicle; must complete motor vehicle record check and maintain required automobile liability insurance and provide proof.
