Position Summary
- Drive clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieve performance results within a territory.
- Focus on treatment adoption from LUGPA clinics, academic institutions, and IDN hospitals treating early-stage bladder cancer patients.
Essential Functions
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva adoption across clinics and prescribers with approved indicators.
- Build trusting customer relationships; provide educational information on efficacy and appropriate patient identification.
- Maintain disease state knowledge and product expertise to support the customer value proposition.
- Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with ImmunityBio matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or modify territory tactics.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
- Use approved resources to educate and answer reimbursement and contracting questions.
- Use approved marketing tools/resources for targeted account and territory management.
- Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for top providers and clinics in the territory.
- Represent product in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner.
- Complete administration, reporting, and training tasks proficiently and on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelorโs degree with 6+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies (required).
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience (required).
- Proven track record of success in start-up biopharma and/or diagnostics (preferred).
- Buy and build model comprehension (preferred).
- Current valid driverโs license (required).

Working Environment / Physical Environment
- Remote; willingness and ability to travel overnight.
- Requires driving personal vehicle; MVR check upon hire and annually; maintain required automobile liability insurance and provide proof.
Compensation / Benefits
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity award.
- Annual base pay range: $195,700 (entry-level qualifications) to $195,700 (highly experienced) annually.
