Role: Support upstream biologics process development through media and feed preparation, experiment execution, and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities: conduct mammalian cell culture experiments in shaker flasks and bioreactors; formulate media/feed; manage and analyze process data (metabolite, gas, cell count, titer); perform scale-down modeling and range finding; support process development and technology transfer efforts; perform equipment maintenance. Requirements: enrolled in a BSc program in chemical engineering, bioengineering, molecular biology, or related field; familiarity with aseptic techniques, experiment design, and Microsoft Excel; strong organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills. Preferred: experience with mammalian cell culture, media/buffer prep, and understanding of engineering/biology fundamentals.
