Role: Undergraduate Co-op in Operations at Amgen, focused on supporting the development of their new advanced technology assembly and packaging site in Ohio. Primary objectives include leading strategic initiatives, conducting cross-functional analysis, and developing business cases to assist senior leadership in decision-making.

Responsibilities: Develop project charters, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, identify process improvements, and present findings through forums and executive readouts. Engage with colleagues across supply chain, process development, quality, manufacturing, and facilities functions.

Qualifications: Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's Degree program with at least a 3.0 GPA, expected to complete at least one year of study. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program, available to work full-time, and able to commit to future full-time employment if offered.

Preferred Skills: Background in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical/Bioengineering), Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology), Chemistry, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, VBA, SQL), strong communication, organization, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proven leadership experience in campus activities is advantageous.

High-Value: Focus on biopharma operations, process development, and supply chain within a biotech manufacturing context. The program emphasizes strategic analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and support for manufacturing process development at a leading biotech firm.
