Trial Operations Excellence & Innovation Lead

Role: The Director of Trial Operations Excellence & Innovation leads strategic transformation of clinical trial processes, focusing on enabling operational innovation and future capabilities within argenx's immunology pipeline. Responsibilities include defining and executing a transformation roadmap, establishing Centers of Excellence for emerging technologies like AI, Digital Health, and decentralized trials, and driving cross-asset initiatives to streamline operations. The role involves strategic leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and collaboration across functions such as Digital, Biometrics, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to operationalize new solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences or related field; 12+ years of global clinical operations experience with a proven record in leading strategic change and implementing innovative trial technologies. Preferred skills include deep knowledge of drug development, GxP compliance, and process improvement. High-value specifics: Focus on immunology, autoimmune indications; expertise in trial technology platforms, decentralized trial models, and operational innovation; based in Belgium, Switzerland, or US (EST) with a preference for candidates in these locations. The role reports to the Global Head of Trial Operations, with a mandate to maintain inspection readiness, optimize trial execution, and support portfolio growth through strategic transformation and technological advancement.
