Responsibilities:
- Support territory managers as part of the Regional Leadership Team by demonstrating and conveying value/benefits of the Animal Health portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver technical lectures to key customers, strategic accounts, and veterinary organizations.
- Provide solutions aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
- Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute business strategy to meet/exceed regional and organizational priorities.
- Meet key opinion leaders in clinical and university settings to discuss the portfolio and identify new opportunities.
- Represent the Animal Health organization at veterinary schools, associations, and conferences.
- Serve as regional technical expert; assess technical training needs and coach sales reps in technical selling.
- Collaborate with R&D, Learning & Development, Marketing, Veterinary Insights & Medical Affairs, and Sales.

Position Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD).
- Required experience/skills: 10 years combined relevant experience (β‰₯5 years companion animal clinical practice and β‰₯5 years animal health industry or equivalent leadership/management).
- Translate complex issues for diverse audiences; strong presentation/facilitation.
- Excellent oral/written communication with internal teams and hospital decision makers.
- Medical consultant for vaccines, parasiticides, and therapeutics.
- Influence without direct authority; build networks; bring innovative solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and industry software (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Power BI).
- Work cross-functionally (internal/external); execute Professional Services Veterinarian responsibilities independently.
- Understand veterinary customer business processes and apply portfolio to improve medical capabilities and profitability.

Preferred:
- Experience with companion animal vaccines, parasiticides, and therapeutics.
- Advanced degrees/research; training delivery in structured organizations.
- Leadership and/or management experience.
