Transportation Coordinator

Role: Transportation Coordinator responsible for organizing domestic and international shipments of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging components to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery. Responsibilities: coordinate shipment planning, carrier communication, tracking, documentation, freight invoice auditing, and claims management. Support cross-functional teams including warehousing, customer service, and procurement; maintain compliance with transportation and regulatory standards; and contribute to process improvements. Requirements: High School diploma; 3+ years in logistics, warehouse, or customer service; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with JD Edwards preferred.
