Main Responsibilities:
- Field-based change agent; develop and maintain KOL relationships.
- Gain rapid insight into account-level issues and build collaborative coalitions to deliver solutions for Sanofi, customers, and patients.
- Partner with sales leadership and sales team for bottom-up insights.
- Develop innovative approaches to synergize sales efforts and lead regional projects.
- Collaborate with Brand team as a field marketer to provide market insights.
- Adapt to shifting priorities; demonstrate learning agility and influence without authority.
- Help develop Transplant Agile culture by promoting new ways of working and Agile principles regionally.
- Maintain close relationships with Transplant Medical, Training, Sales, Managed Care, and other stakeholders.
- Adapt product/marketing messages to customer segments.
- Identify/analyze local performance impediments (including outside interference) and guide teams to solutions using AI and data analytics.
- Maintain clinical fluency to engage stakeholders in high-value conversations.
- Use innovative tools/technology to improve learning and help others adopt new solutions.
- Guide commercial teams’ adoption of Agile values, principles, and techniques.
- Stay current on Agile working developments and continuously improve GenMeds Agile community.
- Encourage self-organization and transparency in product development flow.
- Key Account/KOL insights; design/implement account-level solutions to remove barriers.
- Project management, regional conferences, advanced topic sales training, and speaker recruitment/management.

About You:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years’ experience in pharma, medical device, or healthcare.
- Experience in field sales, product marketing, account management, and/or medical/clinical background.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Excellent written and oral communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience calling on KOLs and physicians.
- Ability to have high-level conversations with medical experts/thought leaders.
- Strong scientific acumen; ability to articulate complex concepts and data.
- Innovative thinking; self-directed and organized with strong execution/planning.
- Ability to run tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Proven adaptability in shifting priorities; experience in complex cross-functional transformations.
- Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases.
