Role: Postdoctoral researcher in Data Analytics & Computational Sciences focused on agentic AI for neurodegeneration within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Objectives: develop multi-modal data integration and evaluation frameworks for AI systems that synthesize pathology, neuroimaging, omics, and clinical data to advance neurodegenerative disease understanding. Responsibilities: characterize and harmonize diverse biomedical data modalities; design benchmarks and standards for evaluating AI co-scientists across modalities; serve as a neurodegeneration expert translating findings into practical AI/ML applications; publish methodologies and findings; collaborate with academic and internal teams. Requirements: PhD (or MD/PhD) in neuroscience, neurobiology, biomedical informatics or related field; recent degree; hands-on experience with neuroimaging, digital pathology, omics, or clinical data; familiarity with large language models and agentic AI architectures; proficiency in Python and ML frameworks; strong communication skills; self-directed work ethic. Preferred: experience building heterogeneous data pipelines; benchmarking methodologies; NLP techniques; graph analytics; cloud infrastructure familiarity.
