Role: Associate Director, Translational Medicine Lead in Oncology, focusing on biomarker science to inform clinical decision-making for targeted therapies. Responsibilities: develop and execute integrated translational and biomarker strategies for early oncology programs, lead first-in-human studies, support late-stage development, evaluate circulating tumor DNA as a predictive biomarker, and analyze disease biology and resistance mechanisms. Collaborate cross-functionally across discovery, clinical development, diagnostics, and external partners; oversee sample collection, assay validation, data quality, and biomarker data interpretation; communicate findings to stakeholders; and advance standards and scientific contributions. Requirements: PhD or MD with 7+ years in oncology translational science, expertise in tumor biology, biomarker development (particularly ctDNA), and experience leading complex projects in a global matrix; strong collaboration skills. Preferred: experience as translational lead on early oncology trials, knowledge of EGFR biology, and familiarity with ultra-sensitive ctDNA technologies.
